We have always sold our novelty cards purely and solely for legal novelty use. For playing jokes on friends, for stag party's, as stage props. By printing the above text on every card we further clarify that these are novelty cards for novelty use only.

Our novelty cards are not 'identity cards' or 'ID cards' as defined in law. (s. 26 Identity Cards Act 2006 / s. 8(1) Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981).
