Premium Cards cost £12.00 for one (€25, $35) and then £8.00 (€15, $25) for each additional card in the same order.
Standard Cards cost £10.00 for one (€20, $30) and then £8.00 (€15, $25) for each additional card in the same order.

All prices include postage, packaging and VAT. Return postage is free anywhere we ship to. You just pay the cost to post the form to us (e.g. 32p UK First Class). You can pay using any currency from any location. So if you can get UK £Sterling then we are happy for you to pay the UK £Sterling price regardless of where you are located.

We accept the following forms of payment:

UK Postal Order Very secure and fast. The best form of paper payment. Anyone can get a Postal Order from any Post Office. This is our recommended method of payment through the post.

Cheque in £UK Pounds Very secure but slow. We always wait for the Cheque to clear so Cheques add 1 week to your order processing time, see below*.

European / Australian Postal Order made out in £UK Pounds Very secure and fast. Any Cheque / Postal Order in £UK and cashable in the UK is OK.

Cash in £UK Pounds, €Euro and $Australian Risky but fast. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT send cash in the post. If you must send cash please use Recorded or Special Delivery rather than regular mail. BY SENDING CASH IN REGULAR MAIL YOU ARE TAKING A BIG RISK. MAIL GETS STOLEN ALL THE TIME ACROSS THE UK BY ROYAL MAIL STAFF. PLEASE READ THE SECTION BELOW AND USE SPECIAL / RECORDED DELIVERY IF SENDING CASH

Make all Cheques/Postal Orders payable to Phatism Limited.

We strongly recommend that you DO NOT send cash in the regular mail. We would prefer you to use a more secure method of payment such as Postal Order, Credit/Debit card, or Cheque.

We have had instances of theft occurring from our mail and we know that other ID sites also experience it. The best way to avoid any problems with your order is to send payment in a form that is not easily stolen. The options are:

Anyone can buy a Postal Order from any UK Post Office for 80p. If you're reading this and thinking 'an extra 80p, no way!' then we would rather you get a Postal Order for 80p less than the total than risk sending cash unsecured through the post. Any £11.20 or £9.20 orders paid for by Postal Order will get processed as normal.

If you must send cash in the post then you should use Special Delivery / Recorded Delivery for the UK, or a similar form of Recorded Delivery internationally. These services require signature on delivery and can be tracked, reducing the risk of mail theft. They may also insure you against any theft.

You need to ask at a Post Office for 'Recorded Delivery' or 'Special Delivery'. Recorded Delivery costs approx 80p and Special Delivery costs approx £4.80.

If you send us cash without taking any precautions then we cannot be held responsible if the money never gets to us.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND LOOSE COINS! Coins are heavy and will smash their way out of the envelope on the way to us. If you absolutely must send coins then expect them to have gone missing before the envelope gets to us and for us to ask you for more payment.
