Two colour, double sided card. The front has room for your photo, name, issue and expiration dates. A large logo is screened in the background. The caption says "the bearer is an independent bounty hunter and operates under the authority of the 1872 Supreme Court Ruling". The reverse of the card has a synthesis of the entire ruling.
