Terms and Conditions Of Purchase

1. 'phatism.com', and 'phatism.com' all refer to phatism.com. UK registered company #XXXXXXX.
2. Signing of a phatism.com order form signifies your acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions.

3. All cards are sold strictly as novelties. They have no official status or other status and do not confer any rights or privileges of any kind whatsoever on the bearer. Cards are not meant as any kind of data verification and are not an 'ID Card' or 'Identity Document' as described in the UK Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981.
4. None of our cards are official in any way, nor are they meant as copies of, or attempts to pass off as, any existing original card.
5. All issuing entities described, featured or referred to in the body of any and all cards sold by phatism.com are fictional non-entities, and are not intended to resemble any existing institution.
6. You acknowledge that the card you receive will feature a printed disclaimer on the reverse as described on THIS PAGE

7. Misuse of any novelty card may be illegal, whether as a result of misrepresentation, fraud, abuse, or other. If you choose to misuse a card for anything other than its purpose of a novelty card you recognise that you may be breaking the law.
8. phatism.com do not encourage or condone the use of false identification in any circumstances.
9. Ownership of novelty cards may be illegal in some areas. It is your responsibility to make sure the product is legal in your area before purchasing. By purchasing a novelty card you declare that ownership of novelty cards is legal in your country/place of residence.
10. Supplying us with fraudulent details may be illegal. It is understood by you that using phatism.com novelty cards to lie about your age or status, for any purpose, may be illegal.
11. When applying for a novelty card from phatism.com, please be aware that a record of your order is kept on file, and will be passed to the appropriate authorities on production of a valid request, such as a warrant or evidence of criminal activity.

12. In no event will phatism.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss or damage whatsoever from the use of any novelty card purchased. You agree to hold phatism.com harmless with regard to any consequences arising from use, abuse or misuse of cards.
13. The right to refuse any card to any applicant on any grounds is reserved. You will be refunded your payment in such an event. Our decision is final.
14. phatism.com are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards and are under no obligation whatsoever to replace such cards.
15. phatism.com will not be held responsible for postal strikes or any other such delay in the delivery of your card once it has left our office.
16. You acknowledge proof of posting is not proof of delivery when sending forms, photographs or any other item to us.
17. 'Fake ID' is a generic term and has no implicit meaning with regard to the products sold by phatism.com.
